Message I put MT90 in my 140k mile TTZ and I won't say I noticed anything "Night & Day" different but it seemed a little smoother (admittedly, the mind tends to make you think that after dropping $40 on tranny fluid). But when I changed my clutch I actually changed the trans fluid to B&M "Slick Shift" or somethign to that extent, per recommendation from Greg Dupree. Either way, no major differences noted but is definately good to change your trans fluid with a high quality one.
